Barrons, I mean, not Jabba. Don’t make the same mistake!! Proudly and unbiasedly, she chooses her own higher purpose, and I have to applaud her for that. We need to see Mac behaving like a spoiled brat to understand how far she develops throughout all five books. She actually had the guts to say “He mkning lucky I was even calling him Dad at all! Won’t we all love to get more insight on this brooding, dangerous, antagonizing character of all times. V’lane, being Fae, considers humans beneath him and struggles with some of the basic humanity’s concepts.

V’lane, the immortal Blodfever Prince, and Jericho Barrons, a man as irresistible as he is dangerous. Another fine quality of the story are the male characters. And what becomes of our girl Mac? Her attitude instantly turned ungrateful. Faefever is the same narrator, Joyce Bean, and I love it already.
Just know this, you piece of mysterious scum, everywhere you go I will follow, I will dog every step you take, move mountains that get in my way to protect her.
The characters are incredibly complex and their development is amazing. It’s still fun to read, even knowing who is what and does what why.
