So I’d like to ask fellow Noad followers, or even guitar teachers, which tempos do you use for his exercises. You have a CD that comes with the book containing pieces, or separate CD with 42 exercises?

The exercises don’t have tempo markings in them I use metronome setting on bpm, and when I’m satisfied with my performance I move on.
